Dr Tess of Beverly Hills/Virtual Concierge MD
$499 — one-time service | Effective September 2, 2026
The Metabolic Maintenance Transition is a structured, physician-led transition from active medical weight loss into long-term maintenance. It is designed for patients who have reached their treatment goals and want to move off active medication management deliberately, with new data and a written plan.
Laboratory testing costs are separate and are billed by the laboratory. This service includes the ordering and physician interpretation of your labs, not the cost of running them.
Supplements, meal planning products beyond included program access, medications, and imaging are also billed separately.
$499, charged once. This is not a subscription and does not renew.
You are never required to purchase this service in order to stop your medication.
If you need or choose to stop medication for any reason — side effects, cost, personal preference, or any other — Dr. Washington will provide a safe discontinuation plan and referral where appropriate as part of your medical care, at no additional charge.
This service is for patients who want structured support entering long-term maintenance. It is optional, and declining it has no effect on your medical care or your access to safe tapering.
This service does not prevent weight regain and does not guarantee you will maintain your weight loss.
Obesity is a chronic condition. Many patients regain a substantial portion of lost weight after stopping medication, and some regain all of it. A structured transition improves your preparation and gives you a plan — it does not change the underlying biology.
No specific weight, body composition, or laboratory result is guaranteed.
Most patients enroll in the Sustainable Weight Maintenance Membership at $99 per month, a lower-intensity program with a monthly digital check-in and a physician visit approximately every eight weeks.
Enrollment is separate and optional. If prescription weight loss treatment needs to be resumed at any point, care may return to the Active Medical Weight Loss Membership.
