Accessibility Statement

Dr Tess of Beverly Hills/Virtual Concierge MD

Effective September 2, 2026 | New document

Our Commitment

We are committed to making our websites, patient portals, and telehealth services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our Standard

We work toward conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We review accessibility periodically and address barriers as we identify them.

Some of our services run on third-party platforms, including Practice Better and Carepatron. We have limited control over their accessibility, and we will help you access any service another way if a platform creates a barrier.

Accommodations Available at No Cost

  1. Qualified sign language interpreters, including for telehealth visits
  2. Materials in large print or other accessible formats
  3. Screen-reader compatible documents
  4. Extended appointment time
  5. Written summaries of verbal instructions
  6. Alternative communication methods
  7. Assistance completing forms

These are free. Request them at scheduling or at any point in your care.

Telehealth Accessibility

We can accommodate captioning where the platform supports it, an interpreter joining your visit, a support person of your choosing, alternative formats for instructions and after-visit summaries, and telephone visits where video creates a barrier — subject to clinical appropriateness and state law.

If You Encounter a Barrier

We want to know. Tell us what page or feature, what happened, and any assistive technology you use.

Email: support@virtualconciergemd.com

Phone: 1(310) 275-8377

Mail: 9663 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 957, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

We respond within three business days and will provide the information or service in another format while we work on a fix.

Formal Complaints

You may file a grievance with our Compliance Officer under our Non-Discrimination Statement, or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. We do not retaliate for accessibility complaints.
