Marketing Messages Include:

  2. "TessMD: New weight loss program available. Learn more: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."

Character Limitations

Messages are limited to 160 characters to ensure delivery and minimize costs.

Your Rights and Controls

You can stop ALL messages at any time:

Costs and Charges

Your Responsibility

  3. We don't charge for messages

Delivery Issues

We're not responsible for:

  1. Carrier delays or failures
  2. Blocked messages by carriers
  3. Technical failures
  4. Network issues
  5. Phone compatibility issues

Important Limitations

Not for Emergencies

DO NOT use SMS for:

  1. Medical emergencies
  2. Urgent health issues
  3. Time-sensitive medical matters For emergencies, call 911

No Sensitive Information

Do not send via text:

  1. Social Security numbers
  2. Financial information
  3. Detailed health information
  4. Passwords or PINs
