Virtual Concierge MD provides telemedicine services through licensed physicians practicing within independently owned professional practices. These services are delivered via secure telehealth platforms and are subject to specific limitations and requirements.
Service Availability

Virtual Concierge MD provides telehealth services ONLY to patients physically located in:
- California
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Montana
- New York
- Nevada
Location Verification Required
Before each consultation:
- You must confirm your current physical location
- Services cannot be provided if you're outside licensed states
- Location falsification may result in service termination
Nature of Telehealth Services
What Telehealth Includes
